linnga keliew holds a Master’s degree in Advertising from National Chengchi University. Her expertise encompasses corporate public relations, brand marketing, and public affairs. With extensive experience spanning both the private sector and cultural institutions, she excels in integrating media strategies, public relations, and cultural values to drive meaningful brand communication and societal engagement.
She began her career in public relations at the Genesis Social Welfare Foundation, gaining practical experience in public communication and issue advocacy for nonprofit organizations. She later held managerial roles in marketing and PR at Taisun Enterprise and Wei Chuan Foods, where she was responsible for brand management, media strategy, and crisis communication. In these roles, she built strong brand identities and trust in the rapidly evolving consumer market.
She also served as Deputy Director of Public Affairs at Samsung Taiwan, where she oversaw corporate policy communication, media relations, and CSR initiatives. By integrating global corporate resources with local communication strategies, she enhanced the company’s public image and social connections.
Upon transitioning to the public cultural sector, she became Manager of the Cultural Marketing Department at the Indigenous Peoples Cultural Foundation (IPCF). There, she leveraged her corporate marketing experience to develop strategies for cultural promotion. Her work aims to enhance the public visibility and brand value of Indigenous cultures, bridging the gap between Indigenous heritage and mainstream society, ensuring that Indigenous culture is not only seen, but also understood and embraced.
