Chang Hsi-Lun

Chang Hsi-Lun graduated from the Department of Mass Communication at Ming Chuan Women’s Business College. She has a wealth of experience in media production and marketing planning, with expertise spanning television production, music channel operations, and the promotion of Indigenous cultural marketing. She has been actively involved in both the media industry and the organizational management of cultural foundations.
Early in her career, she worked as an executive producer at In-Hua Production, where she gained hands-on experience in coordinating audiovisual projects and managing production workflows. She later transitioned to Fullon Communications (now called Golden Star Entertainment) as a marketing planner, contributing to the creative planning and marketing strategies of various programs and events—demonstrating her strong skills in integrated communication and content development.
She also served as Channel Director at MTV Taiwan, where she made a significant impact in the music broadcasting field. Her deep understanding of program content and market operations, along with her efforts to promote youth and multicultural music, cemented her influence in the entertainment and media industries.
After transitioning into the public cultural sector, she joined the Indigenous Peoples Cultural Foundation (IPCF), where she served as Deputy Manager of both the Cultural Marketing Department and the Administrative Management Department during IPCF’s fourth term. In these roles, she was responsible for brand strategy, cultural event promotion, and administrative resource integration. Her work helped elevate the public presentation and social engagement of Indigenous cultures, reflecting her professional agility and leadership across both cultural and organizational domains.
