Natalie Ahmat is a proud Mudburra (Wave Hill, NT) and Wagadagam (Mabuiag Island, Torres Straits) woman, and a leading voice in Indigenous media. As the presenter of NITV News and Nula on SBS, she brings Indigenous perspectives to the forefront of national news. Since joining NITV’s founding news team in 2008, Natalie has reported from nearly 100 communities across Australia, covered major Indigenous events, and led January 26 special coverage for SBS and NITV.
