Mrs. Hui-Hua Lai has served at Hakka TV for over twenty years, currently holding the position of Manager of Administration Center. She has been dedicated to promoting the digitalisation of official documents and optimizing administrative processes. Through her efforts, a customized administrative system was successfully established, significantly enhancing organizational efficiency and internal collaboration.

She is highly skilled in budget planning and resource management, driving financial streamlining and generating savings that have been reinvested to improve program quality. For many years, she has been responsible for communication and coordination with the Hakka Affairs Council, consistently submitting materials on time and delivering outstanding performance—demonstrating a high level of professionalism and responsibility.
